Gowharan Rural District (Persian: دهستان گوهران) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 9,821, in 2,373 families.[2] The rural district has 9 villages.
