Badalabad (Persian: بدل اباد, also Romanized as Badalābād)[1] is a village in Dizaj Rural District, in the Central District of Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,725, in 1,503 families.[2]

The 14th-century author Hamdallah Mustawfi mentioned it in his Nuzhat al-Qulub, as Badhalābād, as one of the "best-known" villages in the Khoy district.[3]
