The 2022–23 Boise State Broncos men's basketball team represented Boise State University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Broncos, led by 13th-year head coach Leon Rice, played their home games at ExtraMile Arena as members of the Mountain West Conference.

Previous season

The Broncos finished the 2021–22 season 27–8, 15–3 in Mountain West Play to finish as regular season champions. They defeated Nevada, Wyoming, and San Diego State to be champions of the Mountain West tournament. They received the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 8 seed in the West Region, where they lost in the first round to Memphis.
