Loads a new section form with appropriate protection template preloaded. See also /preload.
Usage

Protection template to use is detected automatically by Module:Effective protection level. If the page isn't protected, {{Request edit}} will be used. To override, enter "interfaceadmin", "sysop", "templateeditor", "extendedconfirmed" or "autoconfirmed" as the protection level. Enter "COI" to force {{Request edit}}.
