Siyah Mansur Rural District (Persian: دهستان سياه منصور) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Bijar County, Kurdistan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 3,691, in 825 families.[2] The rural district has 18 villages.
