Highway 621 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is in two segments. The southern segment runs from Highway 13 to Highway 306 near Lewvan, and the northern segment runs from Highway 33 near Lajord to Highway 48.[1] The southern segment is about 44 km (27 mi) long and the northern segment is about 18 km (11 mi) in length.[1]
The southern segment has a 2 km concurrency with Highway 39 near Yellow Grass.
