Sara Bahmanyar (Persian: سارا بهمنیار, born 21 March 1999) is an Iranian karateka. In 2018, she won one of the bronze medals in the women's kumite 50 kg event at the 2018 World Karate Championships held in Madrid, Spain.[1]

She represented Iran at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan in the women's kumite 55 kg event.[2][3]
