Roger Milford is a former football referee.

He took charge of the 1991 FA Cup Final.[1] He wrote himself onto the back pages by twice failing to send off Paul Gascoigne for assaults on Garry Parker and Gary Charles, and compounded matters by claiming that he didn't send Gascoigne off because he was going off injured anyway. In reality, Gascoigne did not go off until after Stuart Pearce had scored from the free kick awarded for the assault on Charles. Tottenham therefore continued with 11 men, and won 2-1

As of 2002, he was working for The FA as an assessor.[2]

As of October 2014 he was listed as being the Senior Referee Coach at the Gloucestershire FA.[3]
