Niwari Assembly constituency is one of the 230 Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) constituencies of Madhya Pradesh state in central India.[1] This constituency came into existence in 1951, as one of the 48 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of the erstwhile Vindhya Pradesh state.[2]

Overview

Niwari (constituency number 46) is a newly formed 52nd district in Madhya Pradesh state which is made from partitioning Tikamgarh district. This constituency covers the entire Niwari tehsil and part of Prithvipur tehsil of the district.[3]
