Nikolai Vasilyevich Bagrov (Russian: Николай Васильевич Багров; 26 October 1937 – 21 April 2015) was a Soviet and Ukrainian politician. He was a chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea in 1990–1994 and Governor of Crimea Oblast 1989–1991.
Biography
Bahrov was born to a Russian family in a town of Nototroitke, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (today – Kherson Oblast) on 26 October 1937. He died in 2015, aged 77.[2]
