Nikita Gale (born 1983, Alaska) [2] is an American visual artist. Gale's work explores the relationships that occur between image and text,[3][4] and how these mediums influence memory and identity.[5]

Education

Gale received a BA in Anthropology from Yale University.[6] The artist received a Master of Fine Arts degree (MFA) in New Genres from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2016.[7]


Career

Gale's work AN ABUNDANT LOSS was recently acquired by the Pérez Art Museum in Miami. [8]
