Namma Ooru Nalla Ooru (transl. Our village is a nice village) is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language film, directed by V. Alagappanand produced by Siva Ramadas, K. M. Ravi and K. Muthukumaran. The film stars Ramarajan, Rekha, Rajeev and Sulakshana. The film had musical score by Gangai Amaran, and was released on 28 November 1986.[1][2]

Reception

N. Krishnaswamy of The Indian Express criticised the film and called the screenplay "simply atrocious".[4] Ramarajan won the Cinema Express Award for Best New Face Actor.[5]
