Khanamrud Rural District (Persian: دهستان خانمرود) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Heris County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 3,488, in 796 families.[2] The rural district has 12 villages.
