Joe Cloud is an American politician. He served as a Republican member for the 71st district of the Arkansas House of Representatives.[1]

Cloud attended at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.[1] He then attended at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he earned his medical degree.[1] Cloud had worked as a physician.[2] In 2019, he won the election for the 71st district of the Arkansas House of Representatives.[1] Cloud succeeded politician, Kenneth Henderson.[1] He assumed his office on January 14, 2019.[1] Cloud decided to not be re-elected for the next election for the 71st district.[3][4]
