Distribution

Coast of Mauritius Island.Harpa costata 62.3mm

Live taken at 10 Meters. Mahébourg, Mauritius. Sri Lanka

Stunning example of a shell that will never lose its appeal. The usual slight chipping here and there on the ribbing, which is common for the species. See pictures for any flaws. Really is a beautiful little example of this species that deserves a place in any serious shell collection.

  • A side note - Recently A 100mm + specimen (A really giant example from the old days) sold for about 8000AU dollars so definitely not losing their appeal anytime soon.

Data collection slip provided with shell.
