Guy Sagiv (Hebrew: גיא שגיב‎; born 5 December 1994) is an Israeli cyclist, who last rode for UCI WorldTeam Israel–Premier Tech.[4] In May 2018, he was named in the startlist for the Giro d'Italia.[5]

He is in a relationship with Israeli cyclist Omer Shapira.[6]
