The Civil Servants' Confederation (Greek: Ανώτατη Διοίκηση Ενώσεων Δημοσίων Υπαλλήλων) mostly known by its acronym ADEDY (Α.Δ.Ε.Δ.Υ) is a trade union centre in Greece. It is affiliated with the European Trade Union Confederation. To this day though ADEDY, has been affiliated by the capitalist ideology and has lost its pro workers character, that it had when it was created. Like the other union the General Confederation of Greek Workers, which is a union for generally industrial workers ususally in the private sector, they have became bosse's unions and no longer represent the workers movement in Greece. Other unions like the All-Workers Militant Front, which is the official union of the Communist Party of Greece and Rocinante, an anarcho-syndicalist organisation in Greece, have a better role in the labor movement in Greece and these unions represent the actual needs and struggles of the workers. There are also the ANTARSYA party that also represents the labor movement, although they don't have a main union, like the Communist Party has.
