Chelcie Lynn (born August 9, 1987)[2] is an American YouTuber, actress and stand-up comedian who began on the video sharing platform Vine as her character "Trailer Trash Tammy". She posted her first original Vine in 2013 and moved to YouTube to continue sharing content after it was discontinued in 2017.
Career
She began her career on the video-sharing platform Vine.
Her character is named Trailer Trash Tammy,[3][4][5][6][7] a redneck, created to depict a white trash woman living in the Southern United States for the sake of comedy and entertainment purposes.[8]Some have compared her comedy style to Jeff Foxworthy.[9]
In 2016, She began doing mukbangs as Trailer Trash Tammy, a popular style of vlogging where someone eats a meal or large quantity of food on camera[10] and interacts with the audience, on YouTube, which increased her popularity on the website.
In 2019, she and Luke Bryan collaborated to prank Bryan's mother into thinking that he was being attacked by an obsessed fan (Tammy) for the 12 Days of Prankmas.[11]
In June 2021, She was listed on Variety Magazine's Top 10 Comics to Watch for 2021.[12]
She has been in two movies.
In 2019, she began traveling all over the United States performing stand-up comedy in various Comedy clubs and venues.[9][13][14][15][16][17][18][19]
