This category lists newspapers published in Norway that favored a specific political party. This was the norm from around 1884, when Norwegian political parties were first established, to around 1970-1990. The system of party newspapers (Norwegian: partiaviser) faded in the second half of the twentieth century, and exists no more. Some newspapers went defunct along with the party newspaper system; others continued with a politically independent stance.
