This category is for players for the Detroit Vagabond Kings, an American professional basketball team that played in the National Basketball League during the first month of the 1948–49 season. After starting the season with a 2–17 record, the team disbanded on December 17, 1948. When the Dayton Rens were invited into the NBL in January 1949, they replaced Detroit and assumed their season record. Only players who competed for the franchise known as Detroit Vagabond Kings belong in this category.
