This category contains media which may be eligible for transfer to the Wikimedia Commons but users are unable to transfer using FileImporter because the image has one or more hidden versions.

How to fix

1. Check if the file really IS okay for Commons
2. If the hidden version is good then restore it
3. If the hidden version is bad then delete it

Then it should be possible to move the file to Commons!
