Karen Chammas is a Lebanese judoka. Chammas competed at the Singapore 2010 Youth Games and was placed 7th worldwide,[3] Continental Championships U20, and the 2012 Olympic Games where she tied for last place as she was defeated in the first round.[4][5] She won silver and bronze medals at the 2011 Pan Arab Games.[citation needed]

Chammas is the first female judoka to ever participate for Lebanon in the Olympic Games.[citation needed]

In 2014, Chammas grabbed two silver medals in the Asian Beach Games in Phuket, Thailand. The first one was in Beach Sambo (-64 kg) and second silver was in Beach Kurash (-63 kg)[citation needed]
