Bjorn Olson is an American politician serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives from the 23A district. Elected in November 2020, he assumed office on January 5, 2021.
Early life and education
Olson was born in Fairmont, Minnesota. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and social studies education from Bethel University in 2002.[1]
Career
Olson currently serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. Olson is a history teacher, farmer and the former mayor of a small southern Minnesota city.[2] He was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in November 2020 and assumed office on January 5, 2021.[3]
