Alma Socorro Martínez Torres (born September 22, 1981) is an American former footballer who played for the Mexico women's national football team as a forward. Martínez was born in Santa Barbara, California. She competed for Mexico at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, where the Mexico women's national football team finished in eighth place.[1]
