The Air Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB), is an agency of the Ministry of Transport of the government of Malaysia, stationed in Putrajaya.[1] Its scope of operations are all aviation accidents and incidents in Malaysia and accidents and incidents overseas involving Malasyian registered aircraft.[2]
