2003–04 Swiss Challenge League

The 2003–04 Swiss Challenge League was the 1st season of the Swiss Challenge League, and the 72nd season of second-tier football in Switzerland. FC Schaffhausen won the league and gained promotion to the Swiss Super League for the following season. SR Delémont finished last and were relegated to the Swiss 1. Liga.
