Reyes Holdings, LLC is an American foodservice wholesaler and distributor that ranked in 2021 as the 6th largest privately held company in the United States, with annual revenue of $30B USD.[1] It operates in North, Central and South America, as well as Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Its divisions include McDonald's distributor Martin-Brower, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, and beer distributor Reyes Beverage Group. The company is based in Rosemont, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.

Operations

Beer distribution

Reyes Holdings operates the largest beer distribution organization in the United States,[2] representing import, craft and domestic beer brands. The beer distribution operations within Reyes Holdings, LLC, are collectively known as Reyes Beverage Group, distributing over 265M+ cases of beer to 110K+ customers annually. Reyes Beverage Group features brands from Constellation Brands, MillerCoors, Boston Beer Company, Heineken Brands, the Lagunitas Brewing Company, Yuengling, and many more brands.[5]

Coca-Cola

Reyes Holdings distributes Coca-Cola brands under the wholly owned subsidiary Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling.[6] Reyes Holdings merged a second subsidiary, Great Lakes Coca-Cola, into Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling effective January 1, 2022.[7] Reyes Coca-Cola has 59 facilities[8] servicing Chicago, Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, southern Minnesota, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and portions of Tennessee and Kentucky.[9][10] Reyes Coca-Cola delivers 334M+ cases annually to 105K+ customers and employs 10.7K+ employees.[8]

Martin-Brower

The Martin-Brower Company, LLC (Martin Brower) is a logistics service provider delivering 715M+ cases of food and service products to 24K+ restaurants from 74 facilities.[8] The company serves as the largest supplier worldwide of distribution services to the McDonald's restaurant system.[11] Martin-Brower has distribution operations in 18 countries,[12] including the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Panama, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates. Martin Brower also distributes to Chipotle Mexican Grill, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread and other restaurants in select US markets.[8]

Reyes Holdings owns more than 138 properties in several countries. Reyes Fleet Management maintains 20K+ units across 30+ states making it the 6th largest fleet in the United States.[8][13]

Reinhart Food Service

Reyes Holdings owned Reinhart Food Service from 2005 to 2019 and grew Reinhart's annual revenue from $1.6B USD to $6B USD.[14] Reyes Holdings sold Reinhardt Food service to Performance Food Group on December 30, 2019 in a transaction valued at $2.0B USD.[15][16]
