English: Sir Eliab Harvey, attributed to Lemuel Francis Abbott. This painting is attributed to Abbot who died in 1802, therefore the picture has had decorations added to it since, as Harvey is seen here wearing his Captain's Trafalgar gold medal, Star of Order of Bath, and red sash of Order of Bath.[1]
