This photograph was taken by me on a frosty morning in February 2004 from Collier Street, Runcorn. Beyond the railway bridge is Runcorn (Silver Jubilee) Bridge. Under the bridge flows the River Mersey and in the distance is seen the church of Saint Mary's, West Bank, Widnes.
