Description
Svenska: Påsktavla ur Liljegrens Runlära
English: Computus table using Runic alphabet. To find the date of Easter in a year between 1140 and 1671, find the column with the correct 28-year period written beneath it. Then find the rune in the row whose number is the number of the year in that 28-year period. For instance, the year 1140 corresponds to the first row of the first column. The rune there corresponds to the golden number for that year. Look in the horizontal table at the bottom to find the date of the Paschal ecclesiaastical full moon -- in our example of 1140, this is the first entry (golden number 1), and the table gives the date of "5A", that is, April 5. Easter is the first Sunday after that. The runes at the left of the main table specify the dominical letter for the year, that is, the day of the week on which the year starts. This can be used (with the help of another table) to find which dates are Sundays during March and April.
