Source	http://www.photolib.noaa.gov/htmls/pers0125.htm scan from an offset printed pub. Img was descreened and grayish; I cropped for fit and enhanced contrast but retained original resolution of offered high-res download.
Author	Presume this was an ESSA photo; ESSA was a part of NASA which was a "precursor" to NOAA. However, found in NOAA's photo library, giving this a US Federal rather than NASA tag, and (for simplicity) will credit to current agency NOAA.
Permission (Reusing this file)	"Restrictions for Using NOAA Images: Most NOAA photos and slides are in the public domain and CANNOT be copyrighted. Although at present, no fee is charged for using the photos credit MUST be given to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/Department of Commerce unless otherwise instructed to give credit to the photographer or other source."
