Joining them are Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs and Chief of Presidential Protocol Robert E.A. Borje and representatives from the Department on Foreign Affairs, and the Department of Health. The humidifiers donated by Chinese Embassy in the Philippines will help ramp up the capacities of Philippine public hospitals and facilities in providing treatment to COVID-19 patients.
