Durba was a gold mine in the Haut-Uele Province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It lies within the Kilo-Moto greenstone belt. As of 2011 a joint venture between AngloGold Ashanti and Randgold Resources was actively developing the Kibali Gold Mine concession centered on this mine.[1]

Between 1998 and 2000, co-circulating Marburg virus and Ravn virus caused 154 cases of Marburg virus disease and 128 deaths among illegal gold miners in Durba and nearby Watsa.[2]
