All names in this category are human names, but they may also include fictional characters. For pages listing people with the same surname, but different given names, use {{surname}} instead; see e.g. Lunardi.

When the disambiguation page also lists things other than just human names, for example, a department store with a human-like name, then do not use the {{hndis}} template. Instead, use the hn parameter on the {{Disambiguation|hn}} template and a DEFAULTSORT template, as follows:
