Kategoria e Tretë is the fourth and lowest professional level of football in Albania. In the 2022−23 season, Kategoria e Tretë has 13 teams participating. The winner and runner-up are automatically promoted to the Kategoria e Dytë, while the third placed team will play a play-off match with the losers of the play-out of Kategoria e Dytë.
